Homeless but Not Helpless Exhibition

Tenth grade student Kristen Meola represented (In)visible Women NYC on Wednesday night, February 27th, at the Parents Community Service Network’s “Homeless but Not Helpless” exhibition. Alongside Sr. Joann of The Dwelling Place, a local women’s transitional shelter, she shared her work and aspirations for the student group. The night ended with a panel of three activists who spoke about how students and civilians can make efforts to end our city’s homeless crisis.
